Prepare the delivery site

• Include gate codes, restricted access times, steep or narrow approaches, and other site conditions in your delivery instructions.
• Keep the approach and placement area clear. Confirm container dimensions, truck access, and overhead clearance with us for your site.
• Confirm permission for the placement location. Ask about any local requirements before requesting placement on a street or other public space.

From delivery to pickup

Your selected rental period begins when the dumpster is recorded as dropped. Keep the access route available for pickup as well as delivery. If your project changes, contact us to arrange a pickup change, extension, or swap and confirm any additional cost.
