Information we collect

NorthStar Rolloff collects the contact, service-address, booking, payment-status, and task details needed to quote, schedule, deliver, bill, and support your roll-off service.

How we use and share information

We use this information to provide the service you request, operate customer and staff portals, prevent fraud, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We share only what is needed with service providers that support hosting, payments, email, text messaging, storage, and operations. We do not sell your personal information or share SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Optional website analytics

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand public website visits, traffic sources, device categories, phone-link clicks, and quote and booking activity. Google receives this usage data and technical information about your browser and connection. We do not send form contents, contact details, service addresses, payment amounts, or account and staff portal pages to Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Analytics stays off until you choose to allow it. We save your choice in this browser. You can decline or change your choice here at any time; booking and essential site functions still work. Declining stops future collection from this browser and removes our analytics cookies. It does not erase information already collected by Google. With your analytics permission, we also retain recognized campaign labels with your quote and booking to connect marketing sources to rental and payment records. Declining prevents new browser attribution. We do not send invoice amounts or customer details to Google Analytics. Review invitations use a separate optional booking choice and are sent once after final pickup.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send transactional texts about your quote, booking, delivery, pickup, invoice, or account. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not opt in, you can still book and we will not send customer task or reminder texts.

Retention and choices

We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, safety, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must keep.
