How we keep your rental together

NorthStar uses Gravel to connect bookings, equipment, driver updates and customer invoices in its own company workspace. You still rent from NorthStar, and the NorthStar team handles delivery, pickup and rental questions.

Before delivery, share the placement location, gate or access restrictions, and the material you plan to load. Keep the approach clear for both delivery and pickup. If the project changes, ask the team about a pickup change, extension or swap before making assumptions about availability or cost.
